Terms and Conditions

By clicking "I understand", you confirm your acceptance on behalf of the organisation that you represent (whether that be your employer, or an organisation on whose behalf you are acting as an agent) (“Third-Party User”) of the Valpak website terms at Terms and Conditions and the below disclaimer. You may not use this platform, the Valpak Supplier Data Hub (the “Data Hub”), if you do not agree to both the Valpak website terms and the below disclaimer.
By using the Data Hub to upload certain data relating to the packaging that you produce (“Data”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
  • The Data is complete, accurate and up to date in all respects;
  • When you upload the Data to the Data Hub, you transfer ownership of all intellectual property rights in the Data to Valpak, and you hereby warrant that you have all necessary rights in the Data to be able to transfer it to Valpak free of all encumbrances;
  • Valpak owns all intellectual property rights in the Data and can use it as it wishes including (without limitation) sharing with other users of the Data Hub;
  • Valpak hereby grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to use the Data for any purpose;
  • Whilst you may remove the Data from the front-end of the Data Hub (i.e. that element of the Data Hub that you are able to access), this will not delete any of the Data from the Valpak database and will not affect Valpak’s ownership or use of the Data;
  • You have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of the Third-Party User.
